Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Valiexa collects and how we use it. We collect account details (email, display name), gameplay activity (predictions, scorecards, reputation, rivalries), and optional device tokens if you enable fight alerts.
Web payments for Ones to Watch fighter support use Stripe. Premium subscriptions use Stripe on web, or Apple/Google store billing via RevenueCat in the mobile app. We do not sell or rent personal data. Chat messages are retained for moderation and safety. Embedded YouTube highlights are subject to Google's privacy practices.
Prize draws. If you enter a Valiexa prize draw, we record your entry, your confirmation that you are 18 or over, your country, and your choice about whether your surname and area may be shown if you win. We use this only to run the draw, check eligibility and keep a record of how each winner was chosen. If you win, we will contact you to collect your name and delivery address, which we share only with the party sending the prize, for that purpose. Winners' Valiexa display names, and their area unless they chose not to have it shown, may be displayed in the app. Full details are in the Official Rules for each draw, available in the app at all times.
You can delete your account in the app under Settings → Delete account. You may also request access, correction, or deletion by emailing contact@valiexa.com. Chat is filtered for abusive language before messages go live; report and block tools are available on messages. We may update this policy as features change; continued use after updates means you accept the revised policy.
